Ok, sorry to bother you my question I was just uncertain if that’s what you meant from your post above. This has helped a lot and yes I just tested that idea and it works. So thanks.

Unless Volusion has changed something about the software since I wrote this three years ago, “yes”.

Then again, you could spend the 2 minutes it would take to test FTP’ing a product image and know for sure.

Sorry to sound abrupt, but I am tired of doing other people’s homework — including Volusion’s.

So referring to your example above, if my product code is ABC123XL I can’t just FTP that image?
I would have to FTP it as ABC123XL-0, ABC123XL-1, ABC123XL-2 and ABC123XL-2T ???

Thanks – worked like magic! And the Irfan Viewer batch resizing and renaming is so much faster and simpler than Photoshop batch processing! Excellent tutorial too! Thanks a lot Randy!

They are not entered into the CSV at all. They are matched against the product code and numbering scheme outlined in this article. e.g.- if you have product code ABC123XL the images that product would use are:

/vspfiles/photos/ABC123XL-0.jpg
/vspfiles/photos/ABC123XL-1.jpg
/vspfiles/photos/ABC123XL-2.jpg
/vspfiles/photos/ABC123XL-2T.jpg

etc.
